Homemade Cranberry Sauce

This was something I have been wanting to make for years, but felt a little daunted.  How can you replace the iconic, traditional, sugared up cranberry sauce in the can???  The canned cranberry sauce had been on my Thanksgiving table for as long as I can remember.  THIS IS THE YEAR, and I did it, and everyone like it! The best part was, IT WAS SUPER EASY!
Ingredients:
36g fresh cranberries
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 droppers full of
Vanilla Creme liquid stevia
Add all the ingredients to the pot and boil.

The cranberries will POP, and the mixture will boil into a gel.

The Cranberry sauce stores well in the refrigerator, but can be served HOT.

The total carb count for me was 150g for the whole pot of cranberry sauce.  I figured that it was about the same carb count as a tablespoon of jelly....5g per Tablespoon.  Not bad, not bad at all.
